U.S. Paralympic Team Trials - Swimming brandmark. June 27 - 29, 2024 in Minneapolis, MN


The 2024 U.S Paralympic Team Trials – Swimming will be held June 27-29, 2024 in Minneapolis, Minn. at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center. The Team Trials will feature the top Team USA Paralympic athletes and emerging Paralympic hopefuls. 

U.S. Paralympics Swimming is currently looking for 43 volunteers per session to support the competition. No prior experience is necessary to serve in any of the following positions:  

  1. Timer - minimum age 14 with no relationship to any competing athlete
  2. Basket Carrier - minimum age 12
  3. Credential Check - minimum age 14
  4. Runner - minimum age 14
  5. USADA Chaperone - must be 18 years or older with no relationship to any competing athlete

There are six swimming sessions:  

  • Session 1: Thursday, June 27 - 9:00am to 12:00pm
  • Session 2: Thursday, June 27 - 5:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Session 3: Friday, June 28 - 9:00am to 12:00pm
  • Session 4: Friday, June 28 - 5:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Session 5: Saturday, June 29 - 9:00am to 12:00pm
  • Session 6: Saturday, June 29 - 5:00pm to 8:00pm
