Key Details & Documents: 

For athletes interested in competing, please note the below key details:

  • Athletes who have been nationally classified in the United States and meet MQS will be eligible to compete in prelims at this meet. In order to compete in A or B finals, athletes must be internationally classified. See the linked meet packet above for a detailed explanation of the eligibility requirements.
  • All athletes must have a valid WPS license for the 2026 season and meet MQS times in order to compete in this meet.
  • U.S. athletes who need to obtain a WPS license prior to this meet should complete the online payment form and submit your documents to U.S. Para Swimming as soon as possible. You can read more about this process and the requirements on our website.
    • Note - U.S. athletes who request a WPS license after July 1 are not guaranteed to be fully licensed prior to the 2026 Para Pan Pacific Championships.

Registration for U.S. Athletes & Teams 

For all U.S. athletes and teams, please complete the below online registration using the HyTek event entry file by July 31. Hytek files should be emailed to USPara.SwimInfo@usopc.org.

For all attending international teams, please complete the below excel sheet and send it to USPara.SwimInfo@usopc.org by July 31.
